We're seeking experienced ServiceNow Architects to lead the design and delivery of enterprise-scale ServiceNow solutions. This is an exciting opportunity to shape platform architecture, drive best practices, and work with high-performing delivery teams.

Key Responsibilities

n

- Design and define ServiceNow architecture aligned with business and enterprise standards.
n
- Lead solution design across ITSM and other ServiceNow modules.
n
- Provide architectural guidance on platform configuration, customisation, and integrations.
n
- Ensure solutions meet security, performance, and scalability requirements.
n
- Define integration patterns with enterprise systems and cloud platforms.
n
- Collaborate with stakeholders, developers, and delivery teams to deliver fit-for-purpose solutions.
n
- Review technical designs and establish ServiceNow governance and best practices.
n
- Support platform roadmap planning and continuous improvement initiatives.
n

Skills & Experience

n
- 5+ years' ServiceNow experience, including experience in an Architect role.
n




- Solid knowledge of ServiceNow architecture, data model, and platform capabilities.
n
- Experience designing solutions across ITSM and related ServiceNow modules.
n
- Experience integrating ServiceNow with enterprise systems and cloud platforms.
n
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow security, access controls, and role-based permissions.
n
- ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CIS, or equivalent) highly regarded.
n
- Excellent stakeholder management, technical leadership, and problem-solving skills.
n
