Wide Span Sheds is an industry leader in the marketing, sales, design and fabrication of customised pre-engineered steel buildings.

This is an office-based role located at the national head office at Robina on the Gold Coast with fantastic modern facilities.

You will be a part of a dynamic, professional and well established team that share a passion for delivering quality steel building solutions across Australia.

What you'll be doing

n

As we engineer, manufacture and deliver our clients recent steel buildings your focus will be workflow management to ensure customer satisfaction. This involves tasks such as:

n

- Collaborating with colleagues from different departments to maintain or adapt to project needs.
n
- Liaising with Supply Partners on progress, performance and quality of goods and services.
n
- Efficient triaging of external and internal communication channels including emails, phone calls and voice messages.
n
- Utilising problem-solving and decision-making skills to address issues effectively.
n
- Providing both operational and administrative support.
n

About you

- Proven ability working in an administrative time critical work environment.
n
- Excellent written communication skills and well developed stakeholder engagement skills.
n
- Confident communicating with internal business support teams.
n
- Accuracy and high attention to detail.
n
- A willingness to develop an understanding of semi-technical information.
n

- Salary: $56,160 to $60,000 per year + super (depending on experience)

- Schedule: 8.5 hours a day, generally working 4-days (Mon – Thu) plus one Friday per month.
