Qualifications & Experience

- Previous experience as a plant manager in the concrete industry is highly regarded
n
- Front-end loader experience is desirable
n
- A strong work ethic and commitment to safety
n
- Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively
n
- Flexibility to adapt to the demands of a dynamic plant setting
n
- Australian permanent residency or citizenship is required for this position
n

Tasks & Responsibilities

- Allocating and batching concrete orders according to specified mix designs
n
- Managing raw material inventory and plant supplies
n
- Overseeing plant staff and drivers to ensure smooth operations
n
- Conducting basic plant maintenance and keeping the yard clean and safe
n
- Conduct routine toolbox meetings
n
