About the Role

n

Working closely with the venue leadership team,



you'll help oversee day‐to‐day operations across the bar, gaming and customer experience while leading from the front during busy service periods.

n

What We're Looking For

n

n
- Previous hospitality leadership experience within pubs, bars or gaming venues
n
- Strong customer service and communication skills
n
- Experience leading teams during busy service periods
n
- Confident with cash handling, banking and end‐of‐night procedures
n
- Strong operational and compliance focus
n
- RLMV & Approved Managers License, RSA & RSG essential
n
- Ability to work a variety of shifts including days, nights and weekends
n
- Someone who enjoys country hospitality, live atmosphere and being part of the local community
n
