Kindy Zone is looking for 5 enthusiastic and passionate Childcare workers fulltime to join our amazing team

Qualifications Required. Currently be studying or hold a cert 111 or have a diploma in Early Childhood

n

The Role:

n

Creating a safe, fun, warm and welcoming setting.

n

Supporting and implementing a quality educational curriculum.

n

Be enthusiastic, motivated, professional, flexible and reliable.

n

Have a love and passion for working with Children 0-6years.

n

Studying or holds therelevant qualification for position applying for.

n

Assistance with documenting inline with EYLF, NQF and NQS.

n

Communicate with families and parents.

n

Ability to develop warm & respectful relationships with children & families

n

Computer literacy as we provide electronic programming & portfolios.

n

Successful applicant must be able to Passa National Police Check and hold a current Queensland Blue Card .

Establish and maintain team relationships with other early childhood educators

Build fantastic rapport and incorporate a strong home-school partnership program with the parents

n

Understand the regulatory requirements listed in the National Regulations and National Quality Standards, with focus to provide an excellent level of education and care to the children at the centre-based service

n

First Aid Qualifications, Anaphylaxis and Asthma Training,if successful.

n

The company has Business Sponsorship Approval from the Government to sponsor overseas of qualified workers which lets skilled people with a relevant occupations work in Australia for an employer who can't find suitable Australians to do the required work. This occupation falls within the Government's approved list of occupations. *Any successful sponsorship is subject to relevant Visa conditions/types, successful ACECQA skills assessment results, English test scores and successful trial period etc.
