About the role:

n

MSS Security is looking for Security Officers primarilyresponsible forproviding a security presence, while also providing excellent customer service to staff, visitors, contractors, etc. in the AGL Macquarie power station, Muswellbrook.

n

Duties include but are not limited to:

n

n
- Conducting foot patrols ensuring people are safe and buildings are secure
n
- Escorting people around the site
n
- Ensuring property is locked and unlocked as required
n
- Directing and helping people to navigate around the site
n
- Writing reports in response to incidents
n
- Communicating calmly and clearly with key stakeholders
n

n

Skills and Experience

n

n
- Certificate II in Security Operations andcurrent First Aid certificate are essential
n
- NSW Security Licence
n
- Customer centric approach
n
- Proven ability to remain alert while beingfocused on task
n
- Flexibility and adaptability
n

n
