Job Description

Glenvill Homes is seeking an experienced Sales Estimator to oversee cost estimates, take-off, and full tender pricing for Townhomes. You will work closely with Sales, Operations, and Construction to ensure pricing reflects client upgrades and site costs.

The role requires robust numerical and analytical abilities, proficiency in Excel, and knowledge of Databuild. Familiarity with the Residential Building Code (BCA/NCC) is essential.
