The Queensland Government Department of Education is seeking an Executive Director to lead Workforce Services, Systems and Analytics, delivering enterprise workforce systems, payroll, analytics and customer-focused HR services across more than 1,200 state schools.

Reporting to the Assistant Director-General HR Strategy and Chief Human Resources Officer, you will guide six direct reports and a multidisciplinary team, shaping the strategic direction of workforce solutions and delivering service
