Overview

Join a privately held property investment group with a diverse portfolio spanning office, industrial, and development assets. We are seeking an experienced GM Finance with a property funds management background.

This is a hands-on leadership role focused on financial reporting, debt structuring, investment analysis, and strategic planning.

n

Responsibilities

n

n
- Lead financial reporting for the Executive Committee and support Board and Family Office reporting
n
- Drive budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis across all entities
n
- Manage cash flow, working capital, and optimize investment returns
n
- Partner with development and transactions teams on acquisitions, feasibility modelling, and due diligence
n




- Present financial and debt metrics to the Investment Committee
n
- Structure and negotiate debt facilities and manage lender relationships
n
- Lead a small team of 5
n
- Oversee audits and ensure compliance with tax and regulatory standards
n

What We're Looking For

n

n
- Proven experience in senior finance leadership within property investment or related sectors
n
- Solid technical expertise in financial reporting, debt structuring, and investment analysis
n
