About the Role

n

An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Dispatch Officer to join our dynamic and successful team.



As a valued member of the production team and reporting directly to the Fleet Management Supervisor, you will be responsible for:

n

n
- Work closely with Production Supervisors and Coordinators to ensure equipment allocation is both optimised and prioritised to achieve planned objectives.
n
- Continuously monitoring the mining fleet to capture information and ensure the availability of accurate real‐time data for the operations.
n
- Liaising with the Production, Technical Services and Maintenance Departments to collect, validate, and report production statistics.
n
- Monitor the radio communication system, geological radar, operator awareness and equipment high precision systems.

About you

n

To be successful in this role, you will have:

n

n
- Previous experience and competencies operating large mining equipment.
n
- Experience using Fleet Management Software (Dispatch 6, ProVision 3, Terrain)
n
- High computer literacy skills
n
- Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
n
- Developed understanding of risk management and safe work procedures.
n
- Ability to work both autonomously and as a part of a team.
n
- Previous experience in the industry.
n
- Relevant qualifications
n
- Promoting and maintaining a high level of positive safety performance and workplace culture through teamwork, personal commitment,



and application of the company values.
n
- Ability to liaise with key internal and external stakeholders.
