We're hiring: Senior Occupational Therapist | Service Excellence Lead

We're looking for an experienced Occupational Therapist who is ready to step into a senior role with the opportunity to influence not just clinical outcomes, but how services are delivered across ELEV8 Wellness & Health.

n

This role is ideal for an OT who loves clinical work but is also passionate about quality, mentoring others, improving systems and building exceptional services.

n

As our Senior OT | Service Excellence, you'll combine a clinical caseload with broader responsibilities across clinical quality, team support and service development.

n

You'll have the opportunity to:

n

n
- Provide high-quality OT assessment and intervention across NDIS and Aged Care
n
- Support and mentor OTs through clinical guidance, supervision and case discussion
n
- Drive clinical quality, documentation standards and evidence-based practice
n
- Help refine our clinical processes, resources and service pathways
n
- Support onboarding and development of new clinicians
n
- Work alongside our leadership team to identify opportunities to improve and grow our services
n




- Help shape the future of ELEV8 Wellness & Health as we continue to expand
n

Who we're looking for

n

You're an experienced OT with around 4+ years of clinical experience, ideally with experience as a Senior OT, Team Leader or someone who has naturally taken on leadership responsibilities within a team.

n

Experience within NDIS is important, and Aged Care experience would be a bonus.

n

More importantly, we're looking for someone who takes pride in their clinical work, enjoys supporting others and wants to have a genuine voice in how a growing allied health service operates.

n
