We're looking for an experienced, motivated, and hands‐on Shop Manager to lead our team and oversee the day‐to‐day operations of our busy and growing business.

About the Role

n

As Shop Manager, you'll be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the showroom and production team while delivering exceptional customer service. This is a varied role that combines leadership, customer service, sales, administration, and workflow management.

Your Responsibilities

n

- Manage the daily operations of the showroom and production departments.
n
- Lead, train, and motivate a small team to achieve outstanding results.
n
- Provide exceptional customer service, from enquiry through to delivery.
n
- Prepare quotations,



process orders, and coordinate production schedules.
n
- Ensure embroidery, printing, signage, promotional products, and trophy orders are completed accurately and on time.
n
- Maintain quality control across all products.
n
- Manage purchasing, stock control, and supplier relationships.
n
- Assist with scheduling workloads to maximise efficiency.
n
- Ensure workplace health and safety procedures are followed.
n
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, customer experience, and sales.
n

About You

n

You'll be an organised leader who enjoys working with customers and managing a fast‐paced workplace.

Ideally you'll have:

n

- Previous experience in retail, customer service, or business management.
n
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
n
- Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
n
- High attention to detail.
n
- The ability to prioritise multiple projects and meet deadlines.
n
- Good computer skills, including Microsoft Office (experience with CorelDRAW is an advantage).
n
- Experience in promotional products, embroidery, signage, printing, workwear, or a related industry is highly regarded but not essential.
