Job Description

The Warehouse Administrator manages Rejected Material and coordinates Shipment and material supply. The position reports to the Warehouse Manager, based in the Mindyarra Maintenance Centre in Dubbo.

Management of rejected materials

- Supervision and tracking of rejected materials in Dubbo.
n
- Coordination of material shipments to the supplier for analysis or return.
n
- Preparation of associated documentation and management of transport required for material shipments.
n

Shipment management and material supply

n

n
- Coordination and preparation of shipments between the Beasain and Dubbo plants:n n
- Inter-company sales operations.
n
- Transfer of materials between plants via STO (Stock Transfer Order) processes.
n
