The Opportunity
n
As Centre Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the service while fostering an environment where children, families and educators can thrive.
n
Key responsibilities include:
n

- Leading and supporting a team of educators and leaders
n
- Creating a positive, collaborative workplace culture
n
- Ensuring high quality educational programs and practices
n
- Maintaining compliance with the National Quality Framework
n
- Building strong relationships with families and the local community
n
- Monitoring occupancy, financial performance and operational outcomes
n
- Driving continuous improvement across the service
n
- Undertaking the responsibilities of the Nominated Supervisor
n
n
What We Offer

Attractive salary package between $100,000 and $130,000 plus super, based on experience, plus the Australian Government Worker Retention Payment

About You
n
You will bring:
n
n
- An ACECQA approved Diploma or Early Childhood Teaching qualification
n
- Experience leading a team within an early childhood education setting
n
- Previous Centre Manager experience, or extensive experience as an Assistant Manager ready to progress
n
- Strong knowledge of the National Quality Framework, National Regulations and EYLF
n
- Excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills
n
- A genuine passion for mentoring educators and achieving positive outcomes for children
n
n
