A$120,000.00/yr - A$125,000.00/yr

A high-performing agency based in North Sydney is looking for a Senior Paid Performance Manager to lead media strategy and execution across a small portfolio of retained clients.

n

The internal team includes senior strategists, account leads, and execs, all collaborative, focused, and low-ego. It's a workplace for professionals who show up, do excellent work, and want to make meaningful contributions.

Job Responsibilities

n

n
- Take ownership of paid media campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms
n
- Manage and optimise mid-to-high six-figure budgets
n
- Align creative and messaging to the funnel stage and client goals
n
- Collaborate with the executive team and two senior strategists on client direction
n
- Present strategic updates and campaign insights directly to senior stakeholders
n
- Oversee 4–6 retained B2C clients in professional services
n
- Deliver work, not just delegate; you'll be hands-on
n

What They're Looking For

n

n
- 8+ years in paid performance, ideally in an agency or consulting environment
n
- Proven experience working with large, complex B2C clients in professional services
n
- Someone who can show their impact, talk about campaigns to back it up
n
- Hands-on experience with digital paid media, optimisation, and reporting
n
- A commercial mindset with confidence in client-facing conversations
n
- Professional, values-driven
n

Additional Information

- $130,000 – $140,000 (inclusive of super)
