We're looking for an experienced Facilitator / Performance Consultant to join our growing team and work with organisations across Australia to develop exceptional leaders and high-performing teams.

n

What You'll Be Doing

n

n
- Facilitate engaging leadership, culture and team development workshops
n
- Coach leaders to improve communication, accountability and performance
n
- Guide organisations through our Culture Code, connection and Real Talk methodology
n
- Build trusted, long-term client relationships
n
- Support organisations as they embed lasting behavioural and cultural change
n




- Contribute to the development of current programs and client solutions
n

n

Who We're Looking For

n

We're seeking someone who naturally builds trust, commands a room, and creates learning experiences that people remember.

n

You'll ideally bring:

n

n
- Significant experience being involved in a professional sporting team (mandatory requirement)
n
- Experience and success in leading teams (mandatory requirement)
n
- Experience facilitating workshops or leadership programs
n
- A background in leadership development, organisational development, consulting or coaching
n
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
n
- The confidence to challenge thinking while maintaining psychological safety
n

n

Experience with personality profiling, behavioural assessments, coaching or organisational psychology will be highly regarded.
