About the Role:Our client are seeking a qualified and experienced Electrician to join our team for an exciting Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) project in theWestern Suburbs, Melbourne area. This 3-month contract role will involve installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of electrical systems, primarily in the renewable energy sector. You will be working with a agile team on a cutting-edge project that supports Australia's transition to cleaner energy solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

n

n
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems for BESS projects.
n
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, electrical codes, and regulations.
n
- Perform electrical testing, fault diagnosis, and troubleshooting.
n
- Work collaboratively with engineers and project managers to meet project milestones.
n




- Maintain accurate records of work completed and materials used.
n
- Support commissioning and handover processes.
n

n

Key Requirements:

n

n
- Certificate III in Electrotechnology (Electrician) or equivalent.
n
- Valid Electrical License and relevant industry certifications.
n
- Prior experience in industrial electrical work preferred.
n
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
n
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
n
- Good communication skills and a proactive approach to work.
n
- Current White Card (or willingness to obtain).
n
- Ability to work in regional and remote areas.
n
