Job Description

Berry Street invites an experienced leader to take on the role of Assistant Director, overseeing a portfolio of trauma-informed therapeutic services for children, young people and families across Victoria. The role focuses on governance, workforce development and strategic growth within Take Two, Berry Street's statewide trauma program.

You will lead across multiple locations, champion evidence-based approaches (NMT, CPP, EMDR) and drive continuous improvement while ensuring excellent service
