Branch Manager | Occupational Rehabilitation | Up to $150,000

As a Branch Manager, your responsibilities will include:
- Lead a team to consistently deliver high-quality customer service, demonstrated by robust customer satisfaction, repeat referrals, and meeting or exceeding SLAs.
- Identify and implement innovative strategies to improve operational efficiency.
- Drive business development and facilitate growth opportunities.
- Oversee the recruitment, onboarding, and training of new team members.
- Participate in key account meetings and leadership forums to strengthen relationships and strategy.
- Conduct monthly supervision and support sessions with direct reports.
- Foster a positive, engaging workplace culture that promotes collaboration and excellence.

What you will need:
- Tertiary allied health qualifications inPhysiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, Exercise Physiology, Rehabilitation Counselling, Social Work, Psychology or Nursing;
- Full Professional Registration with relevant governing body:AHPRA, ESSA, AASW, ASORC, RCAA;
- Experience in a similar role (Branch Manager/Team Leader) or demonstrated ability to lead and drive others performance;
- Previous or currentexperience in Occupational Rehabilitation;
- Acurrent NSWDriver’s Licenseand access toown carwithcompulsory insuranceis a must.
