Job Description

EML Group in Melbourne or Canberra seeks a Technical Specialist to support Case Management with up-to-date guidance on the SRC Act. The role offers permanent, full time employment with flexibility to work from home up to 3 days per week after training.

You will coach Case Managers, provide strategic advice aligned with contract requirements, and help optimise outcomes for employees on workers' compensation. Hybrid work in Melbourne or Canberra is available.
