Key responsibilities include:

- Providing strong leadership across multiple operational sites
n
- Driving operational efficiency and continuous improvement initiatives
n
- Building, mentoring and developing high-performing teams
n
- Improving systems, processes and accountability across the business
n
- Managing warehousing, logistics and supply chain operations
n
- Working closely with the Directors to execute growth strategies
n
- Building positive relationships with customers, suppliers and key stakeholders
n

About You

- A solid background within the agriculture,



agribusiness or agricultural supply chain sector
n
- Proven experience leading operations across multiple sites
n
- A hands-on leadership style with the ability to motivate and develop teams
n
- Strong commercial acumen and excellent decision-making skills
n
- Experience improving business systems and operational performance
n
- A genuine desire to help grow and strengthen a successful Australian business
n
