Job Description

Rippleside Conveyancing Services is a well-established, client-focused small conveyancing practice seeking a friendly, organised and motivated Part-Time Conveyancing Assistant to join our team.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with conveyancing experience who enjoys working in a supportive and professional environment. Experience is preferred, however we are happy to provide training to the right person with strong administration skills and a willingness to learn.

About the Role

n

Working alongside our experienced conveyancer, you will assist with a variety of conveyancing and administrative tasks, including:

n

- Opening new files and preparing client documentation
n
- Liaising with clients, real estate agents, brokers and solicitors
n
- Ordering certificates and conducting property searches
n
- Preparing and managing conveyancing files
n
- Scheduling appointments and managing correspondence
n
- General office administration
n
- Assisting with settlement preparation and post-settlement tasks
n




- Using conveyancing software (experience with TriSearch is an advantage but not essential)
n

About You

n

You will ideally have:

n
- Previous conveyancing or legal administration experience (preferred)
n
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
n
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
n
- The ability to manage multiple files and meet deadlines
n
- Confidence using Microsoft Office and learning new software
n
- A positive attitude and willingness to be part of a small, supportive team
n
