Light Years on the Gold Coast invites a skilled CDP to join our kitchen brigade and manage a dedicated section. You will ensure dishes are executed to standard, lead service within your area, and mentor junior staff to uphold quality and efficiency.

Responsibilities include stock rotation, labeling, wastage control, and strict adherence to WHS, HACCP, and food safety standards in a rapid-paced venue.
