The Role

Starting as an Associate Adviser, you will work closely with the Principal to master the unique financial landscape of medical professionals.

- Client Management: Manage a group of key clients with full support.
n
- Specialisation: Develop deep expertise in doctors' career trajectories, specialties, and financial challenges.
n
- Growth:



Actively retain and grow a client base of medical professionals.

- Compliance: Maintain high ethical standards and regulatory excellence.

About You

You are a dedicated professional ready to break through a "career ceiling" and take on a long-term, key role in a growing practice.

Must-Haves:

- Experience: Minimum 1 year as a qualified, FASEA-compliant Financial Planner.
n
- Attributes: Proactive mindset, high attention to detail, and unquestionable integrity.
n
- Spirit: A genuine passion for helping clients and a thrive-in-a-team attitude.

Nice-to-Haves:

n

- Intermediate XPlan skills.
n
- Experience in Personal Insurance (Life, TPD, Income Protection).
n
- Cert IV in Finance/Mortgage Broking.
n
