Job Description

Brooklyn Donut & Coffee Co. in Erina seeks an Assistant Store Manager (2IC) to lead on the floor with the Venue Manager. You'll be hands‐on, training a high‐energy team, and driving guest satisfaction while managing stock and labor costs in a rapid‐paced venue.

You'll train, coach, and motivate staff, showing exceptional service and keeping donuts, coffee, and vibes at peak levels. Australian working rights required.
