About the Company

Our client is undertaking a significant ERP transformation and is seeking an experienced Payroll Implementation Consultant to join their project team.

n

This is an excellent opportunity for a payroll systems specialist with strong TechnologyOne Payroll experience to play a key role in implementing a new payroll solution. Working closely with project stakeholders, you'll ensure payroll requirements are translated into system functionality while maintaining compliance with Australian payroll legislation, Awards and Enterprise Agreements.

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Act as the payroll subject matter expert throughout the TechnologyOne implementation.
n
- Configure and support the TechnologyOne Payroll and HR modules.
n




- Validate payroll requirements against current business processes.
n
- Lead payroll testing activities, including SIT and UAT.
n
- Support payroll data migration, reconciliation and reporting activities.
n
- Partner with project, HR and payroll teams to deliver a successful implementation.
n
- Review payroll processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
n
- Assist with documentation, training and change management activities.
n

Skills and Experience

n

n
- Proven experience configuring and administering TechnologyOne Payroll.
n
- Strong knowledge of Australian payroll legislation, Fair Work, Awards and Enterprise Agreements.
n
- Experience working within complex, multi-award payroll environments.
n
- Previous experience on an ERP implementation or payroll systems transformation project.
n
- Exposure to solution design, system testing (SIT/UAT) and payroll data migration.
n
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
n
