About the Role

n

As our Independent Living Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in driving both strategy and day-to-day operations across our SIL programs.

n

You'll lead from the front- coaching and supporting your team, championing person-centred practices, and ensuring every participant receives high-quality, empowering support.

n

You won't just manage from a distance- you'll walk alongside your team, building capability, confidence, and connection every step of the way.

n

You'll also be part of our leadership team, helping shape the future direction of our services and strengthening our impact across the region.

n

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and inspire teams delivering person-centred supports in home and community settings
n
- Mentor and develop staff to build a high-performing, values-driven culture
n
- Drive service excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement
n
- Build robust,



trusted relationships with participants, families, and stakeholders
n
- Ensure compliance with NDIS standards and regulatory requirements
n
- Oversee workforce planning, rostering, and resource allocation
n
- Manage incidents and reporting with professionalism and care
n
- Contribute to growth initiatives, participant transitions, and service development
n
- Lead meaningful projects that enhance outcomes and independence
n

About You

n

You're a hands-on, values-led leader who thrives on making a difference. You bring both heart and expertise to your work, and you're not afraid to roll up your sleeves and support your team on the ground.

You'll bring:

- Experience in disability or community services (SIL and/or community access preferred)
n
- Proven leadership and team management experience
n
- Strong knowledge of NDIS frameworks, compliance, and best practice
n
- A passion for empowering individuals and building inclusive environments
n
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills
n
- A genuine commitment to people, purpose, and community impact
n
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check, Working With Children Check, and Driver's Licence
n
