About the role :

n

We're looking for an experienced Lead Business Analyst to join a major transformation program, leading the migration from the Vision platform to the VisionX cloud cards platform.

n

This is a senior leadership role where you'll own the business analysis workstream, working closely with business stakeholders, vendors, and delivery teams to ensure a successful platform migration. This is not a hands‐on technical build role, it's about driving requirements, shaping solutions, and delivering business outcomes.

What you'll be doing:

- Lead business analysis activities across the Vision to VisionX migration
n
- Facilitate workshops and gather business requirements
n
- Define current and future state processes and perform gap analysis
n
- Lead data mapping and migration requirements
n
- Analyse integrations and APIs from a business perspective
n
- Drive requirements traceability and business readiness
n
- Coordinate UAT planning and execution
n
- Manage senior stakeholders, vendors and program governance
n

What we're looking for:

n

n
- Hands‐on experience with the Vision cards platform is essential, including Vision platform releases and VisionX deployments
n




- Proven experience leading large‐scale platform migration or transformation programs
n
- Strong skills in business process mapping, requirements gathering and gap analysis
n
- Experience with data migration and integration analysis
n
- Excellent stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills
n
- Experience within Financial Services, Banking or another regulated environment is highly regarded
n

Candidates with direct Vision platform experience are our first preference; however, we'll also consider senior Business Analysts with proven Salesforce migration or transformation experience.
