Information Technology Project Coordinator

We're seeking a hands‐on PMO Coordinator to support a Project Manager in delivering a core ERP implementation within a medium‐sized business.
n
This is a practical coordination role focused on governance, reporting, and day‐to‐day delivery support.
n
What you'll be doing
n
n
- Support the Project Manager with plans, RAID, actions, and reporting
n
- Track milestones, deliverables, and dependencies
n
- Coordinate meetings, documentation, and follow‐ups
n
- Assist with budgets, forecasts, and vendor invoices
n
n
What we're looking for
n
n
- Experience as a PMO or Project Coordinator
n
- Exposure to ERP or enterprise system projects
n
- Solid attention to detail and delivery mindset
n
n
