About The Role

n

This is a broad, hands-on position combining account management, customer service, administration and office support. You'll be the go‐to person for customers while also helping manage the day‐to‐day operations of the business.

n

Your Responsibilities Will Include

n

n
- Managing customer enquiries from initial contact through to project completion
n
- Preparing quotes and following up opportunities
n
- Building strong relationships with clients and ensuring an outstanding customer experience
n
- Supporting the owner with administration and day‐to‐day business operations
n
- Coordinating schedules, documentation and project updates
n




- Visiting customer sites when required to better understand project requirements
n
- Developing relationships with builders, trades and referral partners
n
- Jumping in wherever needed to help the business continue its strong growth
n

We're Looking For Someone Who Has

n

n
- Previous experience in account management, office administration, customer service or business support
n
- Exceptional organisational skills and strong attention to detail
n
- Confidence managing multiple priorities in a quick‐paced environment
n
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset
n
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
n
- Experience with Xero or similar systems will be highly regarded
n
- Exposure to construction, building or trade industries is advantageous, but not essential
n
