In this full-time, permanent role, you'll be at the heart of someone's recovery journey. You'll guide individuals through injury or illness claims with empathy and precision, helping them move forward and return to meaningful work. Working in a supportive and values-driven environment, you'll collaborate with a wide network of stakeholders and be part of a team that genuinely cares.

What You'll Do:

- Take ownership of a diverse portfolio of injury and illness claims, managing them from start to finish
n
- Liaise with medical providers, employers, and claimants to create safe and effective return-to-work plans
n
- Make confident liability decisions, set reserves accurately, and implement tailored recovery strategies
n
- Keep all documentation and plans explicit, compliant, and up to date
n
- Provide guidance and reassurance to claimants, ensuring a seamless and respectful claims experience
n

What You'll Bring:

- Ideally at least 2 years of experience managing end-to-end injury or illness related insurance claims
n
- A confident decision-making approach with exceptional organisational skills
n
- The ability to build rapport easily and communicate with empathy and professionalism
n
- A self-starter mindset with the ability to juggle competing priorities
n
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and claims management systems
n

Experience across other personal injury insurance streams is highly transferable. If you have managed end-to-end claims within WorkCover, workers' compensation, superannuation, life insurance, CTP, income protection, salary continuance, or disability claims, we encourage you to apply. This role focuses on income protection claims, with a similar end-to-end case management, recovery and return-to-work process.
