Canberra Region Neurology and Pain Centre is looking for a medical receptionist to be the first point of contact for patients across two ACT locations. You will manage front desk operations, schedule specialist appointments in Genie, process Medicare, DVA and private health claims (ECLIPSE), handle calls and referrals, and maintain confidential patient records.
