You will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of projects, ensuring they are completed safely, on time and within budget while maintaining strong client relationships and commercial performance.

Projects are likely to include:

n

- Bulk earthworks and landform construction
n
- Landfill cell construction
n
- Geosynthetic lining and containment systems
n
- Capping and closure works
n
- Environmental remediation projects
n
- Rehabilitation and stabilisation works
n
- Drainage, leachate and water management infrastructure
n
- Large-scale excavation, engineered fill and site development works
n

n

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Manage the delivery of civil and environmental infrastructure projects from mobilisation through to completion
n
- Lead project teams including engineers, supervisors, subcontractors and suppliers
n
- Oversee project budgets, forecasting, cost control and client reporting
n
- Develop and manage construction programmes and project schedules
n
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental and quality requirements
n
- Drive strong commercial outcomes through effective contract administration and risk management
n
- Coordinate stakeholders, consultants, regulators and clients
n




- Mentor and develop project engineering teams
n
- Maintain high standards of project controls, reporting and documentation
n

Requirements

n

n
- Degree qualified in Civil Engineering or a related discipline
n
- Proven experience delivering earthworks, landfill, remediation, capping or environmental infrastructure projects
n
- Experience as a Senior Project Engineer, Project Manager or similar leadership role
n
- Strong understanding of bulk earthworks methodologies, containment systems and civil construction practices
n
- Demonstrated commercial and contractual management capability
n
- Ability to lead teams and manage multiple stakeholders
n
- Excellent communication, planning and problem-solving skills
n
- A commitment to safety, quality and operational excellence
n
