About the Role

This role is focused on starting conversations and creating opportunities.

n

You'll be making outbound calls, introducing a qualified offering, and booking meetings for our senior team. Success in this role comes down to your ability to engage, build rapport quickly, and confidently guide conversations.

n

This is not a scripted or high-pressure call centre role. We're looking for someone who can think on their feet and communicate naturally.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct outbound calls to professionals and business owners
n
- Introduce services and identify potential opportunities
n
- Qualify prospects and book meetings
n
- Maintain accurate records of conversations and outcomes
n
- Work with the team to refine messaging and approach
n

About You

n

- Previous experience in telemarketing, sales, or appointment setting
n
- Strong communication skills and a confident phone manner
n
- Ability to build rapport quickly and handle objections
n
- Self-motivated, organised, and results-focused
n
- Comfortable working towards targets
n
