We're now seeking a Diploma qualified Educator — or someone who's currently working toward their qualification — to join our passionate team and make a real difference in children's lives.

Where you'll work

n

With a strong focus in community partnerships and a dedicated leadership support team, Lucas Kindergarten prides itself on delivering high quality programs that empower children to grow into independent and respectful individuals. We are seeking educators who are enthusiastic about children's learning and wellbeing and are looking to collaborate with a strong and dynamic team.

n

Wednesday and Friday – 8:45am to 4:15pm

n

14 contact hours + 3.5 non-contact hours = 17.5 hours per week

n

- Support play-based learning programs that nurture each child's growth and development
n
- Build warm, respectful relationships with children, families, and fellow educators
n
- Create secure, inclusive environments where every child feels seen, supported, and inspired
n
- Work collaboratively with your team to deliver exceptional education and care

What You'll Bring

n

n
- Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or actively studying toward it)
n
- A genuine interest in supporting children's development and commitment to ongoing learning
n
- Current Working With Children's Check, First Aid, CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis certifications (or willingness to obtain)
n
- Great teamwork, communication, and reliability
n
