Peter Roberts Car Sales is a family owned and operated car dealership in Toowoomba. Operating for more than 50 years, we are seeking to appoint a full time parts interpreter / salesperson to join our team and provide excellent service to our retail, trade and internal customers.

Responsibilities of the role include:

n

n
- effective and timely management of customer enquiries via phone, counter and internet;
n
- prepare and process quotes, purchase orders and invoices;
n
- assist our service department with parts requirements; and
n
- assist with the delivery and maintenance of stock as required.
n

n

You must possess:

n

n
- the ability to provide exceptional customer service;
n
- sales experience of some description;
n
- sound computer skills;
n
- strong attention to detail; and
n

n

Ideally you will:

n





n
- have previous experience in automotive / vehicle spare parts sales;
n
- be familiar with dealer management software systems;
n
- be proactive and reliable;
n
- work well under pressure.
n

n

Previous experience in parts interpreting is not essential - we will consider hiring a trainee parts interpreter.
