Job Description

Responsibilities

n

n
- Assists with internal and external communication by transparently radiatinginformation
n
- Determine operational objectives by studying business functions; gatheringinformation; evaluating output requirements and formats
n
- Workshops facilitation and requirements elicitation
n
- Construct workflow charts and diagrams; studying system capabilities; writingspecifications
n
- Improve systems by studying current practices; designing modifications
n
- Define project requirements by identifying project milestones, phases andelements.
n
- Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving allrelevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
n
- Assist with the development of detailed and comprehensive project plans
n
- Report and escalation as needed
n
- Manage the relationship with all stakeholders and their expectationsaccordingly
n
- Risk & Issue Management
n
- Conflict management - Identify differences in understanding and issues as theyarise and elevate them to the team for resolution, or to management if needed
n
- Create and maintain documentation as required
n




- Timely and accurate communication and distribution of information
n
- Assist with managing Agile/Waterfall projects - release planning, budgets,forecasting and status reporting
n
- Work with Product Owners to ensure that testing and feedback is completed in atimely manner and meeting the Sprint timelines
n
- Accountability - take ownership of assigned tasks and pro-actively managingpriorities
n

Requirements

- Extensive experience in Business Analysis (over 5 years of experience)
n
- Knowledge of Project Management methodologies
n
- Experience in using MS Office suite, SharePoint, Visio, Jira and confluence
n
- Experience/knowledge on managing Agile/Waterfall projects - release planning,budgets, forecasting and status reporting
