Join Primo as a Workplace Trainer & Assessor and play a key role in shaping a safe, skilled, and high-performing workforce. This is a hands-on role where you'll partner with operational teams to deliver engaging training, drive compliance, and support continuous improvement across our site.

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Deliver structured, task-specific training and competency assessments across operational teams
n
- Facilitate engaging face-to-face inductions, refresher sessions, classroom training, and on-the-job learning
n
- Provide coaching, mentoring, and support to employees to build capability and confidence
n
- Partner with leaders to identify skill gaps and implement targeted training solutions
n
- Develop, review, and maintain training materials, task descriptions, and competency assessments
n
- Maintain accurate training records within the Learning Management System (LMS)
n
- Support e-learning programs and track user progress through systems (SuccessFactors)
n
- Monitor training completion rates and follow up on overdue or upcoming requirements
n
- Support audit readiness by ensuring documentation is compliant and up to date
n




- Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement, safety, and food safety excellence
n

About You

n

n
- Certificate IV in Training & Assessment (or currently working toward it)
n
- Experience delivering training in a manufacturing or FMCG environment would be highly regarded
n
- Confident facilitating both classroom and hands-on, workplace-based learning
n
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences
n
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to work autonomously
n
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable using LMS or HR systems
n
