Job Description

n

GTS is currently seeking a qualified S26 Electrical Supervisor to join our Technical Services department. We are offering permanent, full-time positions that offer the opportunity to work on diverse projects and develop your technical skills.

n

As an Electrical Supervisor at GTS, you will be responsible for:

n

- Direct and manage field staff in line with Company strategy
n




- Assist where possible in the technical aspects of the jobs
n
- Maintain relationships with key stakeholders
n
- Manage the day to day site works and maintain quality standards
n
- Monitor employee productivity and provide feedback and coaching
n
- Ensure company KPI targets are met
n
- Supervise sub-contractors where required
n
- Complete site visits and assist in developing detailed work scopes
n
- Drive a very high level of safety compliance
n
- Coordinating with project managers to meet project deadlines and objectives
n

This roleoffers the opportunity to contribute to a dynamic team environment while honing your technical expertise.

Annual salary $185,000.00. 2/2 Roster to Newman.

Desired Skills and Experience

n

Academic or Trade Qualifications:

n
- Current WA Full Electrical License
n
- Manual Australian Drivers License
n
- Min. 5 years in the electrical industry
n
- Min. 2 years of supervision
n
- Must be able to legally work in Australia
n
- Effective time management
n
- Strong leadership, negotiation and relationship management
