We are looking for a National Partnerships Specialist to join our Membership and Partnerships team and help grow meaningful, high-value partnerships across our national programs, events and member network.

About the role
n
Reporting to the Senior National Partnerships Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the Property Council's partnership and sponsorship revenue goals. You will identify and cultivate new sponsor and partner opportunities, build strong long-term relationships, support national events and programs, and ensure partners receive a high-quality experience from first conversation through to delivery.
n
You will work closely with internal teams across Membership, Events, Research, Academy, Marketing and our state and territory divisions, while also managing relationships with sponsors, partners, members, venues and suppliers.

What you'll be doing
n
n
- Identify, research and develop new sponsorship and partnership opportunities
n
- Build customised partnership packages aligned to business objectives and partner needs
n
- Support sponsorship activity across national programs, events, Research, Academy, Tasmania and Northern Territory initiatives
n
- Build and maintain strong relationships with sponsors,
partners, advertisers and members
n
- Manage a small portfolio of high-value accounts as part of the national Account Management Program
n
- Support the delivery and fulfilment of partnership advantages, ensuring a seamless and valuable partner experience
n
- Maintain accurate records, leads, opportunities and forecasts in the CRM
n
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify cross-sell, upsell and member engagement opportunities
n
- Contribute to revenue growth through strong pipeline management, commercial follow-through and exceptional stakeholder service
n

About you
n
You are commercially minded, confident and highly organised, with a genuine interest in building relationships that create mutual value. You are comfortable working with senior stakeholders, managing competing priorities and following through on the details that make partnerships successful.
n
You will bring:
n
n
- Experience in sponsorship, business development, event sales, partnerships, marketing or a similar commercial role
n
- A track record of securing sponsorship income, selling services or supporting revenue growth
n
- Strong relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills
n
- Confidence communicating with people at all levels, both internally and externally
n
- A proactive, resilient and solutions-focused approach
n
- Strong organisation, attention to detail and follow-through
n
- Experience using CRM or sales tools
n
- The ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team culture
n
- A degree in marketing, communications, business or a related discipline will be highly regarded, but your commercial mindset, relationship-building skills and ability to deliver will be just as important.
n
