We're looking for an experienced Broker Assistant (end to end) to support our Lending Advisors in delivering exceptional client outcomes across the end to end mortgage lending journey.

The Role

n

Working closely with our Lending Advisors, you'll play a critical role in ensuring loan applications are prepared, assessed and progressed to the highest standard, always in line with industry and regulatory requirements.

- Supporting Lending Advisors in preparing and packaging high‐quality loan submissions
n
- Adhering to all relevant regulatory, NCCP and BID obligations,
n
- Assisting in delivering optimal client outcomes across the full customer journey (lead through to settlement)
n
- Verifying clients' financial positions and supporting documentation, including PAYG and self‐employed income documents
n
- Preparing,



reviewing and verifying loan applications to ensure accuracy, completeness and approval readiness
n
- Managing loan applications proactively through all stages of the process, including lender follow-up, valuations, conditional approvals, formal approvals and settlements.
n
- Maintaining the integrity of CRM systems, customer data and filing processes
n
- Demonstrating strong knowledge of current lender policies, products and procedures
n
- Liaising with lenders, valuers and clients
n
- Collaborating effectively with the broader Lending Association team and LA Group
n

About You

n

n
- 2-3 years end to end mortgage processing experience (a must)
n
- Experience in the banking and finance industry, with a focus on lending, ideally in both residential and commercial
n
- Working knowledge of the Australian banking industry, housing market and regulatory workplace
n
- Strong analytical and problem‐solving skills with an exceptional attention to detail
n
