About the role

n

Reporting to the Food & Beverage Manager, you'll be responsible for delivering warm, efficient, and professional service across our food and beverage outlets, including breakfast service, bar service, and guest dining areas.

n

You'll help ensure our outlets are clean, well-presented, and operate smoothly while creating a positive and welcoming atmosphere for every guest.

n

Key responsibilities

- Welcome guests with a warm and friendly approach
n
- Deliver food and beverage service to a high standard
n
- Respond promptly to guest requests and resolve concerns professionally
n
- Build positive guest relationships and create memorable experiences
n




- Maintain excellent knowledge of menu items and hotel facilities
n
- Set up, replenish, and maintain service areas
n
- Ensure cleanliness and presentation of dining outlets
n
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems
n
- Assist with stock control and minimise wastage
n
- Complete shift handovers and daily tasks efficiently
n
- Participate in training sessions and team briefings
n
- Support a positive, collaborative workplace culture
n
- Follow Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) requirements
n
- Maintain food safety and hygiene standards
n
- Adhere to WHS policies and hotel procedures
n

Qualifications & experience

n

n
- Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred
n
- Experience in food and beverage service, café, restaurant, bar, or hotel operations highly regarded
n
- Friendly and professional communication skills with a guest-focused approach
n
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
n
- Experience using POS systems preferred
n
- Strong teamwork skills with the ability to work independently when required
n
- Flexible and adaptable work approach, including weekends, public holidays, and varied shifts
n
- Current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certificate preferred
n
