The Position

As a Commercial Property Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing a portfolio to ensure their smooth operation and maximising their profitability.

Your duties will include:

- Building strong relationships with landlords and tenants, addressing their needs promptly, and ensuring their satisfaction.
n
- Maintenance and ensuring all properties are well maintained and in compliance with regulations.
n
- Arrange and conduct open for inspections.
n
- Open for inspections and private appointments
n
- Overseeing the completion of tenancy applications
n
- Managing authorities and lease documentation
n

Skills and requirements

n

n
- Agent Representative Certificate and valid police check
n
- Minimum of 2 years of commercial property management experience
n




- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build solid relationships with tenants, property owners, and colleagues.
n
- Ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritise effectively, and meet deadlines.
n
- Legislation knowledge pertaining to property management.
n
- A passion for delivering exceptional service and exceeding client expectations.
