GWG is currently recruiting an IT Project Officer to join a well-established Australian organisation, supporting the successful delivery of a range of IT and business transformation initiatives.

n

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build on their project delivery experience while working alongside an experienced team in a collaborative, rapid-paced environment.

In this role, you'll:

n

n
- Support the planning and delivery of technology projects
n
- Coordinate project activities, documentation and reporting
n
- Monitor project risks, budgets and timelines
n
- Work closely with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams
n
- Contribute to project governance and continuous improvement initiatives
n

n

We're looking for someone with:

n

n
- Experience supporting the delivery of IT or business projects
n
- Knowledge of Agile, Waterfall or hybrid project methodologies
n
- Exposure to project management tools such as MS Project or similar
n




- Project management qualifications (or working towards them) such as PMI, PRINCE2 or equivalent
n
- Experience within manufacturing, pharma or FMCG or another fast-paced commercial environment will be highly regarded
n
