As Hairdresser Manager/Co-ordinator at STYLZ HAIR , you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the hair salon in Sydneys Eastern suburbs, NSW. This is a full-time role that requires strong leadership, customer service and hairdressing skills.

Key Responsibilities
n
You will not be running a column of clients but managing the team and co-ordinating the salon ,backing up the stylists as well as tending to the retail side of the business.
n
Manage and oversee the salon's team of hairstylists, ensuring high standards of service and productivity
n
Schedule and coordinate staff shifts and appointments to optimise salon operations
n
Maintain inventory control and order necessary supplies
n
Provide exceptional customer service and ensure client satisfaction
n
Perform hairdressing duties such as cutting, colouring and styling hair
n
Train and develop junior staff members
n
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
n
Contribute to the overall growth and success of the salon
n
What We're Looking For
n
Minimum 3 years' experience as a hairdresser with proven skills in hairdressing and and management.
n
Previous management (at least 1 year ) or supervisory experience in a salon environment
n
Strong customer service orientation and excellent interpersonal skills
n
Passion for the hair and beauty industry and the latest trends
n
Excellent time management and organisational abilities
n
Understanding of health and safety regulations
n
Certificate III in Hairdressing or equivalent
n
