Italian Restaurant in Epping is looking for experienced Wait Staff to join our Team, with the opportunity for the right candidate to grow and take part of our management team as Assistant Manager.

Saluti Restaurant is a well-established and popular Italian restaurant. We are a fast-paced environment and we are looking for experienced, passionate and bubbly hospitality professional staff.

n

We are open Monday to Thursday for dinner only, Friday to Sunday for lunch and dinner.

n

THE ROLE

n

We have an prospect for experienced Wait Staff members to join the team on full-time and part-time basis.

n

What are we looking for:

n

The ability to work under pressure calmly and professionally

n

At least 2 years experience in similar role

n

A can-do attitude with excellent and positive interpersonal skills

n

Strong focus on customer service

n

Coffee and Bartending experience is a plus

n





A genuine person who is enthusiastic about hospitality and working as part of a team

n

The flexibility to work on a rotating roster including evenings and weekends

n

Key responsibilities include:

n

Serve food & beverages to customers in accordance with service standards

n

Ability on carrying 3 plates

n

Knowledge on coffee, bar operations, cocktails

n

Manage daily operations, maintaining a clean work environment

n

Assist with ordering, stock management, customer service and staff training

n
