The Jadin Chemist Group is a locally owned and operated community pharmacy group with eight pharmacies, including seven located across Brisbane's northside. We are committed to providing exceptional patient care, outstanding customer service, and creating a supportive workplace for our team.

We are currently seeking a full-time Rotational Pharmacist to join our pharmacy group. This is an ideal opportunity for a pharmacist who enjoys variety, thrives in different team environments, and has the flexibility to work a mix of morning and evening shifts across our network of northside pharmacies.

About the Role

n

As a Rotational Pharmacist, you'll provide professional pharmacy services across our northside pharmacies. No two weeks are the same, giving you the opportunity to work with a variety of experienced teams, apply your clinical knowledge in diverse settings, and make a positive impact across multiple communities.

n

This role is best suited to a confident pharmacist with strong clinical knowledge and previous experience working in busy community pharmacies. You'll be comfortable managing competing priorities, making sound clinical decisions, and delivering high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment.

Your roster will include a combination of morning and evening shifts, with locations varying across our pharmacies in Warner, Caboolture and Morayfield.

Your Responsibilities

n

- Providing exceptional customer service and professional patient counselling
n
- Applying sound clinical knowledge to support the safe and effective use of medicines
n
- Building strong relationships with customers and healthcare professionals
n
- Secure, efficient and accurate dispensing of medications
n
- Supporting and mentoring pharmacy team members
n
- Managing stock and daily inventory requirements
n




- Checking Dose Administration Aids (DAAs)
n
- Delivering high-quality clinical services in line with professional standards
n

About You

n

- Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to work across multiple locations

- Friendly, approachable and committed to delivering excellent customer care
n
- Organised with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
n
- Able to work independently while integrating quickly into different teams
n
- Confident applying clinical knowledge and professional judgement in a busy community pharmacy environment
n
- Experienced working in high-volume pharmacies, with the ability to prioritise workload while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
n
- Passionate about community pharmacy and improving patient outcomes
n
- Positive, proactive and solutions-focused
n

Essential Requirements

n

n
- Bachelor of Pharmacy
n
- Current AHPRA registration as a Pharmacist
n
- Current Professional Indemnity Insurance
n
- Accredited Vaccination Certification (excluding COVID)
n
- Current driver's license and reliable transport
n
