We are seeking an energetic and motivated Sales Consultant to join our dynamic team at BYD Windsor. This role requires a passion for automotive technology, especially electric vehicles, and a drive to provide outstanding customer service. As a Sales Consultant, you will be instrumental in educating and guiding customers through their purchase journey, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience.

Job Responsibilities

- Engage with customers on the showroom floor, providing in-depth information and demonstrations of our electric vehicle range.
n
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and returning customers, following up on leads to drive sales.
n
- Understand customers' needs and budget to recommend suitable vehicles, highlighting key features and benefits.
n
- Stay updated on new models and industry trends to enrich customer interactions.
n
- Guide customers through the sales process from inquiry to purchase, including test drives and CRM documentation.
n
- Deliver exceptional service before, during, and after the sale,



addressing inquiries and ensuring satisfaction.
n
- Meet individual and team sales targets, actively participating in sales meetings and training sessions.
n
- Assist with marketing activities, promotions, and product launches.
n
- Coordinate vehicle delivery, providing a detailed orientation on operation and maintenance.
n
- Keep the showroom organized, collaborate with finance and service departments, and share customer insights with the team.
n
- Contribute to achieving team goals, demonstrating a strong work ethic and customer-focused approach.
n
- Other ad hoc tasks related to sales.

About You

- Current Drivers Licence and a good driving record
n
- Proven experience in car sales is ideal, but if you have the passion and willingness to learn, we will support you in becoming an expert in your field.
n
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
n
- Enthusiastic about technology and sustainable solutions.
n
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends. We operate on a 5-days work week.
