Job Description

Brewnity is an independent company with its own cafe distillery & brewery based at Artarmon, operating as Depot Brewery alongside Buckle Cafe Distillery. We brew our own beer and distill our own vodka on-site — from core range favourites to small-batch specials — pouring it all across Depot, Buckle and wider Sydney. We're a small, hands-on team that cares about doing things properly, and we're looking for someone to grow with us on the production floor.

About the Role

n

We're after a Depot Assistant Brewer/Distiller to support our production team with the day-to-day running of the brewery & distillery — brewing, distilling, kegging/packaging, cellar work and keeping the place spotless. This may be a casual role to begin with, with a genuine short-term path to full-time for the right person as they develop with us.

What You'll Do

- Assist with brewing, distilling, fermentation and cellar processes across our range
n
- Support kegging and packaging operations
n
- Carry out cleaning and sanitation (CIP) of brewing equipment and tanks
n
- Perform basic quality checks and keep accurate production records
n
- Help receive,



store and manage raw materials and packaging stock
n
- Maintain a clean, tidy and safe brewery in line with WHS requirements
n
- Pitch in on general brewery tasks as needed — no job too small
n
- Assist with beer tastings/festivals
n

About You

n

n
- Some brewing experience, or a robust interest and relevant study highly regarded — we're happy to train the right person
n
- Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling and early starts
n
- Reliable, safety-conscious and keen to learn the craft properly
n
- Available for semi-flexible shifts, including some early mornings and late nights with the occasional weekend opportunity.

- A genuine passion for beverages.
