THE ROLE

n

Based in Newcastle, you will lead the on-site delivery of remediation, façade, building and Defence projects across the Hunter and broader NSW region. Taking ownership of day-to-day site operations, you will coordinate people, subcontractors and resources to ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Manage day-to-day site operations from mobilisation through to project completion
n
- Coordinate site personnel, subcontractors, plant and materials to meet project objectives
n
- Monitor project progress, budgets, schedules and resource requirements
n
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders and project teams
n
- Lead site safety, quality and environmental compliance activities
n
- Identify and resolve site issues to achieve successful project outcomes
n

ABOUT YOU

n

n
- Trade qualification or tertiary qualification in Construction Management, Engineering or a related discipline, with experience in site management within the construction industry
n
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to coordinate teams, subcontractors and site activities
n
- Sound commercial understanding of project delivery,



budgeting and cost control
n
- Excellent planning, communication and stakeholder management skills
n
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management systems
n
